Hotel Junquera - Vigo

Lovely staff helped resolve issues quickly.

Everything there were excellent, including good facilities. The room was brand-new, featured air conditioning, a work desk, and TV. The location was fantastic for walking around an art museum.

Nice breakfast with plenty of food, fairly priced. Good services. Heated pool, magnificent views, private parking close to the hotel. Location so close to the historic centre/port...

I was in town for a short visit and decided to stay in a budget room. The location was super convenient, just a quick walk to places like the Castro Fortress and the Contemporary Museum of Art. Things I enjoyed included the friendly atmosphere in the lobby and the effective blackout blinds in the room, which made for a good night’s sleep despite some minor noise from the elevator. It was a decent stay overall.

Hotel Junquera offered a great central location just a three-minute walk from local restaurants and bars. The bed in my room was comfortable. There were effective blackout blinds, awesome for a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom felt a bit cramped, and , the bath was surprisingly small. The pool area, while nice, didn't heat up enough to be enjoyable. The staff was friendly and offered a warm welcome, but there were a few issues, like the ineffective automatic corridor lights that clicked disturbingly throughout the night. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but it did detract from an otherwise agreeable stay.

Comfortable bed ensured restful sleep.

The bathroom in my room was cramped and lacked sufficient amenities, leaving me frustrated rather than relaxed. On top of that, the automatic corridor lights malfunctioned, clicking incessantly throughout the night.

Hotel Junquera has a prime location in the heart of Vigo, perfect for exploring the city. The staff were great, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Breakfast was good, with tasty options including gluten-free treats.

Rooms can be quite small.

The super nice team, always with a smile. The breakfast spread was awesome with some tasty gluten-free options. The pool was nice but could've been a bit warmer. The room was modern but on the smaller side, feel a tad cramped sometimes.

I appreciated that my room was clean and well-maintained, made my stay comfy. Just remember to bring your own towels if you plan to use the pool area, as they might not have enough available.

The breakfast had all the essentials and guess what? They even had gluten-free cookies which I didn't expect. Always cheerful and friendly, helped me, showing that they really care.

Junquera is a cozy 3-star hotel with a friendly vibe. It's just a short walk to the main train stations and only about a 10-15 minute stroll to the historic area and port. The breakfast spread was good, with gluten-free cookies. The room was spacious, and the small swimming pool was a nice touch, too.

i'd recommend improving the noise insulation in the rooms.
